Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FalaStack. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

The service

FalaStack processes supplier invoices, calculates pricing, and publishes approved changes to your existing POS. It is not a point-of-sale system and does not replace your POS.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload, for reviewing proposed changes before approval, and for the prices you publish. Publishing requires an authorized user to approve — the software does not publish automatically.

Accounts & access

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing your team's roles and permissions.

Billing

Fees are described on our pricing page. Where delayed billing is enabled, your account remains in Setup Mode until configuration, testing, approval, and manual activation are complete.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is.” Recommended prices are suggestions; you remain responsible for the final result. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
