Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information FalaStack collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the invoice-pricing and POS-automation service.

Information we collect

Account information (name, email, organization), the business data you upload or enter (supplier invoices, products, suppliers, pricing rules, stores), and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service. POS and integration credentials are stored encrypted and are never displayed back to you.

How we use it

To provide the service — extracting invoices, matching products, calculating prices, and publishing approved changes to your POS — and to secure, support, and improve it. We do not sell your business data.

Data separation

Each organization's data is logically separated. Access is controlled by role-based permissions within your organization.

Third parties

We use infrastructure and AI providers strictly to operate the service (for example, hosting and optional AI invoice reading). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Retention & your rights

We retain your data while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your organization's data by contacting us at support@falastack.com.
