FalaStack POS Agent

A small app you install on one always-on store computer. It lets FalaStack operate your POS using the account you already have — no API keys, developer accounts, or technical setup.

After you install

The Agent runs quietly in the background — there’s no window to open. Connect it to a store from FalaStack:

  1. Run the installer and let it finish (approve the Windows warning above if shown).
  2. Open Stores, pick your store, and click Connect POS → Connect this PC.
  3. Your browser hands the Agent a one-time code automatically — no copy/paste. Approve the “Open FalaStack POS Agent?” prompt if your browser shows one.
  4. The store’s POS status turns Agent online within a few seconds. If it doesn’t, open Store → POS → Agent diagnostics, or click Send diagnostics to support.

Do the “Connect this PC” step on the store computer itself, in a browser, after the installer finishes — that’s what registers this PC as the store’s Agent.
